The principal Placement Consultant Specialist is Lynn Milner, CEC, Certified Employment Consultant, with over 20 years in professional recruitment, who brings a diversified background including ownership of a personnel agency, membership in state and national personnel organizations, past President of a state personnel association, and currently is Vice President of MPS.

Ms. Milner and her staff are trained to move the hiring process quickly and efficiently, without in any way lowering your employment standards.

Our Contingency Fee Schedule

MPS works on a contingency search fee schedule. Our fee is payable by the client/employer only if a candidate referred by us or one of our affiliated offices is hired. The fee is a percentage of the first year's gross earnings, calculated from a graduated scale, or an optional Flat Fee Schedule may be selected.
